The IEP is there to assist and support Indigenous people of the West Kimberley to find long term employment.
Who is eligible for IEP help?
Indigenous people who are unemployed and seeking long term employment.
What help can participants get?
• Job search skills such as writing resumes and interview techniques;
• access to training to gain the skills necessary to find and keep a job
• help to find a job
• ongoing mentoring and support once the person is in a job or course
• assistance in accessing other services such as Job Network or Centrelink
